Masters Properties is a design build luxury custom home company located in Pinehurst, North Carolina and was established in 1999 by owners Jon and Karin Potter. Jon and Karin, married here in North Carolina in 1991, are a well-accomplished and award-winning builder team. Jon, a licensed unlimited general contractor for both residential and commercial projects, has been in the construction industry for 40 years. Jon began building luxury custom homes with the goal of producing a product that was second to none with trusted contractors and high-end materials. The Masters Properties team exhibits true professionalism and has the credentials to meet and exceed your expectations on any project.
